Her role at NeOn includes, ensuring that the company’s vision is realized, strategizing the company’s structure and ensuring that the company has appropriate systems to enable it to conduct its activities both lawfully and ethically.

Massimo Baiocco, Italian born and an Industrial engineer by profession. Served in the financial sector for 11 years and has an extensive knowledge in finance as a corporate financier.
Within the financial division, he was responsible for the representation branch in Venetto (Venice). He led a team of 28 agents.
Additionally, he is a business man with ownership stakes in several companies, from media, renewable energy and engineering. He spent 25 years in manufacturing processes and is quite experienced in industrial planning and concerning product design and tooling to ensure production methods. He worked in and with different European countries, Middle East, China and Africa.
